Hi all,

I'm a college student hoping to break into real estate investing. Being a 21 year old college kid, I have little to no money to work with so i'm interested in learning how to start investing with a minimal amount of money. Ideally I would want to buy a house within 30 minutes of campus, live in it, fix it  up and then rent it to other students when I'm gone but having limited funds, i'm not sure how realistic that is. Any advice on how to get started would be very helpful and appreciated. Thank You!
