I have a full time job I spend about 5 hrs a week managing our 10 apartments. We keep our money close to home, 2 houses on the street we live on. park ave is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Rochester, I keep our units nicer than average, remodeling as we go. We have been at this since 2005, buy and hold strategies all the way.
