Beginner investor from New Hampshire

I currently own a 2-Family home and looking to expand to more rental properties and possiably doing some flipping as I am a licensed contractor in mass but live in NH no longer full time contractor but still interested in flipping

    Im in the same exact boat you are in. Id recommend partnering with someone on your first flip if you can. I recently teamed up with someone and it has really helped to get the ball rolling .
