Hello Everyone,

I am very excited to find and join such a informative site, with real estate professionals embarking a similar journey in real estate. I am a real estate agent that license is currently inactive, as this was a requirement of my employer because of the conflict of interest. I currently work for the Department of the Navy as a Realty Specialist providing service members with the necessary tools and information to help them locate rentals, as well as, guiding them in the process of purchasing a home, selling, and property management.  

I am very interested in becoming a investor, and looking for guidance and any information you guys could give would be greatly appreciated.
