Noob starting in Berks Pennsylvania

Hi BP crew, I recently took a course on real estate investing, as well as having done a good bit of reading, and have been enjoying lurking around the forums here, but now it's time to actually find my first property. At this point I'm looking to start with 2-4 unit multi-family Cash-Flow properties in Berks county PA. 

I'm specifically looking to make connections with people familiar with the greater reading area to connect and help me narrow down where I want to look, and what areas I should stay away from.
