I have been an active Real Estate Investor in the Metro Detroit area for over 30 years. During that time I have bought and sold more than 335 single family homes. I am a wholesaler & landlord, with experience dealing with foreclosures, short sales, REO's, Probate and purchasing direct from sellers.
