Hello all. I have 5 properties that are currently in my father's name, which I will be getting in my name in the near future. I was told about the Brrr method and I read about it and I STILL have questions. I am interested in Flipping properties and buying and holding. Maybe some time down the road, when I have lots of monthly income, I may get into private money/mortgage lending; we'll see. I have been over-whelmed with info sent to me by BP and trying to keep up with the learning is impossible. I'm just trying to read as much as I can. I can't learn it all, even in one year, so . . . Let me know if any of you live in Louisville, Ky. and which areas are the hot ones to invest in for buying and holding or even flipping. Thanks and good luck to everyone!
