Good morning BP Family. I'm a real estate investor primarily focused on buying and Flipping however I have both flipped and done whole sale properties in the past year. I'm looking for GC's in the Chicago area that understand what it's like working with investors. Someone with great time lines and with great fit and Finnish work. I'm also looking for better than standard pricing as I send work their way. My company and I currently fix and flip in Arizona and California and in 2015 flipped over 100 homes. We're really excited to open the Chicago office and look forward to creating long lasting relationships as we learn the market and expand through the area.
