Hi Guys and Girls,

I was wondering if there were any investors on this site that come from South Africa? If not i would really like to start a presence in SA. Obviously the model would be different here (MUCH higher interest rates, loan facilities etc.). Let me know what you think.

I am just starting out and would really appreciate some guidance. I have just bought my first property and believe i have overpaid ( i worked out my ROI using one of the calculations on the site - i cant remember the author but she invest in only turnkey properties - and i am loosing money!). Would be interested in learning about running the numbers (on buy, fix and rent properties) various exit strategies and ways of turning the situation around. Any help would be REALLY appreciated.

Hope to hear from you! i'm excited to be here!
