Want to learn about Multi family apartment purchases

Hi,

  My name is William and I am interested in purchasing multi family real estate.  I am new and looking to learn as much as possible and to purchase my first property within the next 6 months to a year.  I am interested in 10 to 40 unit apartments.  Also want to learn about financing options for this purchase.  Any help would be appreciated.
