Hi everyone. Just finished the Ultimate Beginners Guide and OH MY GOSH there was an answer to over half my question as I've been working on a business idea to start investing.

A little background, I worked in construction most of my working life up till about 4 years ago. At that time I had my own handyman and remodeling business for 7 years in Tallahassee FL. At first I had plenty of work and always worked under my own rules of never take advantage of the customer and always give the best prices I could afford. After about 5 years I noticed the normal 3 or 4 businesses that were doing what I was turn into to many for me to keep track of. The problem was many of the new home builders couldn't build new homes because no one was buying new homes so the turned to remodeling. I was getting worn out. it was getting harder and harder to get new customers. I finally decided to go find a normal paycheck so I moved to Texas and became a welder.

I wish I would have found this website back then. I scoured the internet and tried talking to some of my construction friends to find a way to start investing in some real properties but times were tough for everyone it seemed like. So here I am. My passion is building. I love it, although I am probably a little rusty right now.

My goal is to start flipping houses and I think this is the place to start. 1 question I had that I don't feel like was answered in the Guide was if I need a business license in order to start buying houses. Can I buy and sell in order to generate the cash flow to start setting things up?

Thanks,
