Hey everyone,

My name is TC and I'm an active duty infantryman stationed in Fort Bragg, NC originally from south Nashville area. My young family consisting of my beautiful wife, Jessica, and my precious daughter, Olivia, is about ready to own its first home. We are currently looking to buy our first home and have been pre approved by the VA and a large lender. We're hoping our first home can be a live-in flip, and that we can eventually gain enough capital to set up an extensive rental network. Look forward to learning from this site.
