Hello All, I wanted to know more about low or no money down financing to invest in multi family housing. I know on average you need at least 20% down, but mostly 25% on income property. I always knew some investors go with hard money loans, but sometimes its seems like they are sharks and just want to over charge you. Any programs out there or trust worthy hard money lenders? Thanks.
