Hi my name is Berdine Ramos and I am from Long Beach, CA.  I work as a consultant specializing in analytics and controls.  I joined Bigger Pockets in the hopes of trying to earn passive income by investing in real estate.  My husband and I have one rental property, but I would like to expand our holdings substantially.  I am relatively new to real estate investment, but I enjoy learning about all the different ways others have made real estate work to their advantage.  I hope to increase my knowledge and find creative ways to invest in CA.  I would also like to build a well diversified network of like minded people.  Cheers!  Looking forward to the adventure.
