I've been reading this site for 5 years and finally decided to be an active member of the community.  This blog has literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars each year.  Thank you so much to all the amazing bloggers and writers on the site.  We manage hundreds of properties across Central PA (Lancaster, York, Lebanon, Reading, Harrisburg) and are super excited to get to know more investors to hopefully help save you money and keep learning along the way!
