Hello Everyone,

I am grateful to find this forum, its full of useful information, just what i am looking for. I am new to real estate investing, there is surely a lot of things to learn about this industry.

From all my research i decide to try doing virtual wholesaling and offline wholesaling first because it seems to be less risky (is this correct?).

I am also in the process of building my buyers list. I learned that the more investor on your buyers list, the likely chance to succeed.(is this correct?).

I have learned a couple of ways to find investors, which i am currently trying. If anyone want to join my buyers list, i would be very grateful.
