New member in NYC/Long Island

Hello all, 

I have been browsing the forums a bit, and would like to finally introduce myself. My name is Vincent, and am looking to invest in real estate (location TBD!). I have an extensive background in Commercial and Real Estate lending, so I would like to offer my expertise where applicable. I am currently a commercial relationship manager for a major commercial Bank on the East coast, and previously held various positions in underwriting including managing my very own team. Looking forward to help this site grow with some valuable insight, and more importantly learn some things!!
