Newbie from Illinois

Hello All! My name is Mason Fitch, and I hail from Peoria, IL. I'm completely new to real estate, but I'm eager and desperate to learn. I currently cannot afford to purchase a property (and no, I'm not here asking for money either), but I am saving as much as I can for my first down payment. In the mean time, I'm learning everything that I can to be ready when the time comes to purchase.

Mason - Welcome aboard. It is overwhelming at first. Read the beginners guide, great info. Start hitting up podcasts. Read the boards and just know they become less confusing with time. Love Peoria, bunch of my ancestors were down there. Never had any reason to throw this fact out but the town next to you Washington, IL was founded my great great (maybe a few more greats in there ) grandpa William Holland :) Good luck
