Hello, We are Rich and Jessica that are in the DFW area that have just joined the great BP community. We wanted to introduce ourselves as we both have mortgage servicing experience handing loss mitigation with pre-foreclosure, foreclosure and short sales for total of ten years.

We are looking to network with other investors in the DFW area as we both have expertise in loss mitigation and can assist with mortgage lender negotiation short sales so if you have any difficult short sales files in Texas, lets network and get them resolved !!!

We are both new to the wholesale aspect of real estate but have a great mentor that has been great help that will lead us in the overall process. We are also looking to network with some real estate agents and build a team in DFW for our short sale listings. We are both here for the wealth of knowledge and find resources for our new journey.

 Hello and welcome to BP!  I am 59 years old and born and raised in Dallas.  I found BP about 6 months ago and still trying to decide what to do.  My wife is a computer programmer and has been saving money for about 25 years.  Because of that I can do just about anything.  I have a college business degree with emphasis in real estate.  I got my broker license in 1980.  Regardless of that I have always been in the construction business since I was 17.  I have a background of real estate because my dad has been in real estate for about 40 years.  If you think I might help you in any way please contact me at any time.
