Kansas City Property Managers

Hi everyone.

While I have been on the site for awhile, listening, reading, learning, I am now ready to move on to investing.

As I live in Italy, no matter where I invest is 'out of state' After agonizing for months over what market to invest in, I have finally settled on Kansas City. MO. Reasonable prices, good ROI, COC, strong economy etc.

I have started to get in touch with turn key operators, but I would like to talk to property managers and investors in the area, especially to know which areas are good for rentals, which to stay away from, etc. From the MLS, turnkeys, etc, the war zones are obvious, but what are good general working class neighborhoods which will best weather possible future storms and downturns.

I am want to buy and hold, but would want the option to sell in 3-5 years depending on the market, personal circumstances, etc.

Any advice and contacts are welcome

Julie
