Hello! Newb to BP. Barrington, New Jersey.

I am from New Jersey. I have been very interested in real estate investing since high school, but until recently have never pursued it. I have since realized that life is too short not go for it. Also, (might catch a little bit of heat for this) since stumbling upon Rich Dad Poor Dad, my mentality and future goals have completely changed. In addition to that, my motivation for achieving these new life goals are at an all time high. Found BP while learning anything i could about real estate investing. I've read a lot on the forums, but this is my first post. So far BP has helped me find and read countless great books about real estate investing. I'm excited to finally be a part of this very helpful community.
