New Member in Cincinnati

Hello!

My name is Matt Bayes and I just recently moved back to Cincinnati after spending a few years in Chicago. I grew up in Anderson Township and currently live in the Terrace Park area.

I've been interested in real estate for a few years, but have been focused on my career and have been hopping around between cities. Now that I'm back in Cincinnati and am here for the foreseeable future, I'm ready to get going!

My primary goal for 2016 is to purchase 2 flip and hold properties within the greater Cincinnati area. Mainly my goal is to proof out the concept before diving in any further.
