I started looking at biggerpockets and listening to the pod castes about two weeks ago. It is fantastic to have such a great community to help with this process I have learned so much in just 2 weeks! I am really excited to get into the market. My main interest at this point is around buy and hold properties, hoping to get at least one property by the end of the year. As states in the title I am 33 years old and live in Columbus OH.

One question I have is whether or not I should start by getting an LLC, while I plan to start very slowly I would like to build an empire so to speak of 25+ properties over the next 5 to 10 years.

Great to meet everyone!

Chris
