Hi Everyone, I found the Bigger Pockets podcasts a few days ago and found them to have a lot of great information, so I decided to come check this place out. I am 27 and have been in Real Estate since I was 18. I started a property management company when I was 23 called Realiant Property Management in Lexington and Central Kentucky. Fast forward 4 years later and I now have managed over 300 properties here in Central Kentucky and have just opened a second office in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area. The properties we manage are 75% single family homes, and the other 25% are made up of smaller 2-16 unit multi-family properties and a few commercial properties. As my company grew I needed to increase revenue so I started a maintenance company called Rentals Rehab. We do all the smaller non-licensed required repairs on the properties I manage as well as rehabbing or turning the properties when tenants move out. We do all of the painting, carpeting, etc., and also offer these services to other property management companies as well as individual investors who manage their properties themselves. I began flipping houses in 2015 and hope to share with everyone what I have learned as well as gain knowledge and ideas from you! Visit my website at www.realiantpm.com
