Hello everyone, My name is Tim and I am just starting out in the real estate investing field. I currently have 1 rental unit and am currently living in my next future rental/flip (I haven't decided what i am going to do until after i have finished renovations). 

I am a project manager for a small remodeling contractor full time, and have been in the remodeling/construction field for about 12yrs. My goal is to start a flipping business and start to acquire cash flow properties so i can get out of the Rat Race. I would love to be able to quit my job and start my own business ASAP! 

I recently found this site and am excited to read and learn all I can to get going on my goals this year!
