Hello from a newbie

Hello my name is Joshua Allen. I'm still brand new to the whole real estate game. I currently own one property in Colorado Springs, CO that is a rental. I am hard at working trying to find a second property.

I  currently live in Savannah, Georgia area. I am very excited to learn from the wealth of knowledge that is BiggerPockets and hopefully some local investors!

I currently have a full time job that I would like to trade in for my own business in the near future! I am looking to get started into house flipping, mostly so I can raise capital to get into the buy and hold market as that is my ultimate goal!
