Hello from the Northeast!

I am from Manchester NH and have been investing in real estate for 4 years......so I have experienced some of the best and wost real estate cycles already in my investing career! At one point I had $1.5 mil in property and now I have $350k......
But I still have the same net worth, beacues before I was highly levergaged and now I am not, lol! I am also 25 years old.

In my firm I have met many VERY successful RE investors and believe that there will be many fortunes made over time with the current dynamic economy and real estate crisis......1989 anyone?

History may not always repeat itself, but it sure does rhyme!
