Newbie in Lake Charles, LA!

Hello BP members! I am a real estate newbie in Lake Charles, LA looking to grow my passive income through acquiring rental properties using a buy-hold-rent strategy. After I get my feet wet I'd like to include buy & flip as part of my strategy. I'm hoping to network with other investors in the Lake Charles area and I'm looking forward to learning from the BP community! Can anyone tell me if there is a REIA club in the Lake Charles area?
