Hello,

My name is John and I live in northeast Tennessee. I'm here in hopes of learning about real estate investing and eventually building my wealth. At this point, I am interested in rental property (SFRs, duplexes, triplexes, quads) but I know that there are other facets to investing in real estate as well. I'm currently looking into a SFR in my area. The numbers seem to work out so I'm cautiously optimistic going forward. I hope to learn a lot from this group, and maybe at some point I can make a contribution as well.
