Hello fellow investors! I'm looking to find partners for rehabs, self-directed IRA investing, buyers, contractors. Interested in wholesale deals (some of my own are), rehabs, single-family and multi-family houses, short sales, buy and holds, as well as buying some inexpensive ones to sell with seller financing. I live in Austin, and am interested in all deals within 2.5 hours of drive time (like San Antonio and Waco), considering Houston as well. Have lived in lower upstate NY and Chattanooga / Knoxville, TN and know those areas as well. Since I'm new here, I'm not sure what a "vote" on the posts means.

Welcome to BP!

I hear good and bad things about that Austin market, I hope you find some deals.  San Antonio is somewhat competitive, but there are still deals to be had.  Keep us updated as you go!
