Newbie from Cherry Hill, NJ

Hello BP community!  My name is Greg Wilkins and I currently have a buy and hold property in Cherry Hill, NJ.  I am interested in learning more about real estate investing, so I have been reading and listening here and BP.  My goal is to provide my family with a little more financial freedom through learning from others about real estate investing. 

I have worked at law firms representing creditors in foreclosure actions in Pennsylvania for 17 years and have a strong understanding of how foreclosures work and solving title issues.
