Hey Bigger Pockets Community!

I'm Nate and I'm a young(ish) professional from Columbus, Ohio

Me and A buddy saved up a little cash and now want to see if we can flip a few houses in the ghetto or wherever we can find a good deal.  He has no experience in real estate however I have fully renovated my last two homes. I was lucky last time and bought it right and made a boat load of money in a very short time. 

I'm looking to connect with other people to learn what they are doing to make some extra money 

I also want to learn about wholesale side and what to look for when finding deals on their lists.
