I've always been interested in getting started in REI but never jumped into it. Now after my parents death we have a deed of trust in their run down, never repaired, dump of a townhouse. The house is almost a total redo. I was thinking that this project might be the perfect jumping off point on learning how to rehab and resell a property. My husband has no interest in being a landlord but is very handy and could be persuaded to flip houses. I intend to do a lot of reading and slowly begin to tear out the house in preparation of the rehab. This forum will be a wealth of information and any advice is more than welcome. Thanks.
