Hello, 

My name is Craig Zahniser and I am a new real estate sales person in La Quinta, California. I am hoping to use my license to locate opportunity properties for my clients as well as myself in the Coachella Valley. I am in a resort area that is a very popular golf, event, and just get out in the sun area in winter. 

Even though I am new to real estate I am not new to business. I have owned several companies the last being two Tim Hortons and Cold Stone Creamery franchises.
