Hey BP! I apologize for not introducing myself when I became part of this community just about a month ago. I guess, I was so excited on how much information, and so many cool people giving advises to whoever needed it that I forgot. :)

I'm a father of an amazing eleven years old daughter who's my drive to do better and better every day. I also have a new one coming (hopefully a boy) with my wife.

I consider myself a new investor even though I haven't done any deals other than a duplex I had in TN for a few years until 2011 when I moved down to FL.

Now I'm going nuts with this forums, podcasts, webinars, etc.. I wish the day have more hours so I can learn more.. lol

Anyways, I thought it was the right thing to do.. Cheers!
