Real Estate Agent from Texas
What a wonderful forum this is!! I am a active agent here in Austin, TX. I have been in this business for 2.5 years. Previously I was running my own construction company in California and Texas and after a divorce and the business went back to California I stayed and became a Realtor. I focus on Luxury residential and investments for myself and for others. I teach classes at my office (560 agents) in increasing your price points and they have asked that I teach investment 101 for new agents. First class is today....wish me luck! I took that challenge on so I could break through my own barriers and build my investor language into something really usable. I have had many calls from out of state "Investor Suspects" and want to learn how to weed through those more quickly to see if I really have "Investor Prospects". I currently have rental property myself and I am always looking for more opportunities.
