New(er) investor from Fishers, IN

Hello, my name is Joe Leonard. I got started in real estate a couple years back after my wife and I purchased a condo in CA, renovated it, lived in it and then rented for a while before eventually selling for a nice profit. We then purchased a second condo in CA which we are now renting while we are living in Fishers, IN (work related move). 

I am looking to get into the real estate investing market in Central Indiana in the form of buy & flip as well as buy, renovate and rent. I joined BP for the fact that I'm a young investor and am looking for advice and strategies within real estate investing.
