Hi,

I'm a new member and I'm interested in real estate investing. I learned about BiggerPockets through YouTube and figured I'd check it out. I used to be a Real Estate Agent in SC some years back and is the author of The Single Parent Guide to Homeownership. I recently started thinking about starting a local real estate club in my county.

I look forward to the resources and networking opportunities that exist on this forum.
