Just taking the time to thank BP for the amazing platform to discuss real estate, share knowledge and network! If there is anybody from NB, PEI or NS who wants to chat, hit me up! I currently work for an owner of 170 units in Summerside PEI and am about to close my first deal in March! My biggest decision lately has been what to do with it! It is a 200+ year old historic home in the capital city of Charlottetown. A six bedroom two bath best with so much potential its overwhelming.
