Jumping Back In

Hello everyone,

I'm a second time newbie. About a year ago I was looking into wholesaling. I attended a few real estate meet-ups, purchased a list to market to, sent out direct mail to leads, but it all came to a stop due to a personal loss.

I am getting myself back together and ready to start again. I am super motivated and eager to make this work for me. 

I'm open to mentors and colleges. :)
