Hello BP Members,

Real estate nebie here. My brother in law turned me to this community not too long ago and I have just been listening to and watching some podcasts.

I have worked in the retail industry for the past 12 years and am getting tired of building others' dreams and getting no where myself. I grew up here in Bremerton, WA and have also lived in the San Francisco, CA area.

My first area of focus will be wholesaling while I work a full time job. I will eventually want to work with buy and holds as well as rehabs/flips. My goal right now is to soak up knowledge provided by members of BP and connect with others. By 2017 I would like to break free from corporate chains and be an example to others that they can do it as well.
