After listening to the BP Podcast for several months, I've decided it's about time I got involved in the BP Community! I think learning from being active on the forums will be far more beneficial than just reading/listening, and I hope to gain enough knowledge and experience sometime in the not-too-distant future to truly give back.

So far, my RE investing experience consists of purchasing primary residences and converting them to SFRs when it's time for me to move. My wife and I are closing on our third house a few days from now! I would love to move beyond (but not abandon) my primary residence conversion strategy within the next couple of years, and I think a gentle prod in the right direction from some like-minded BP-ers will really help. I'm looking forward to learning from you all!
