I would like to say hello to everyone. I look forward to getting to know everyone on this site and I am excited about it's content that I have seen so far. I love real estate investing and have been actively acquiring properties for the past 40 years. I became a landlord by accident in the seventies when we had to move out of our home and care for a family member who became ill and needed our care. This caused me to rent out our home. Oh the stories I could tell! Anyway that lead me into this exciting path and I have gain much knowledge which I look forward to sharing. I also can't wait to learn from all of you.
