My name is Samijo Hemans, newbie to real estate. I'm trying to learn all I can to fulfill this long time dream to be a real estate investor. My choice of real estate investing is rental property and apartment complex, I guess that's buy and hold.... I'm not really sure. Would be happy to get some information and feedbacks...
