Hello every one, Im Alejandro and I live in Costa Rica and its very nice to meet you all! I stumbled up on BiggerPockets while trying to learn how to get started as a real estate investor.

So here I am, I know that things are done a bit different here since we live in different countries, but I do believe that I can learn many things from all of you and then apply them to my particular case.
