New to Real Estate and Bigger Pockets.  My wife and I have joined one investor group and attended many meetings online and around Houston, Texas during the last eight months.  We have managed to get some contracts thru mail outs / house calls, but have lost the deals for several reasons.  Main one being lack of know how.  So we are continuing to learn the ways thru others, books and links.

One of my main curiosities is vacancies.  I know there is some software out there for this so was hoping for some feed back from others experiences and newbie advise.  We area interested in every aspect of the business and grateful to BP and other dedicated members with a sense of community!

Look forward to working and learning together.
