Hello everyone. My name is Cody I am 26 yrs old and looking for my first fix n flip property in Grand Rapids, MI!

I am a new member of Biggerpockets and Im hoping to meet some local investors here to help each other out.

I purchased my first home with an FHA loan when I was 22. I've been "house hacking" that ever since I moved in. I am now trying to take my real estate investing to the next level with fix n flip properties.

I currently work full time as a mechanical engineer. Would like to eventually replace my income with rental properties and fix n flips and be my own boss!

I look forward to networking with some of you at the REI club meetings!
