My name is Chad and I have studied REI off and on for 18 months. Life just got real when I got laid off before the holidays. I dove into my RE education and started sending out mailers and now have a PO box and phone number for my wholesale business. I want to close several deals a month. I am an action taker and believe in my skills after managing business for corporate America. Now its time for me to mange my own business.
