Hey everyone,

My name is Brian I am 26 and I am new to real estate investing. I've been reading and listening to as much as I possibly can with every spare minute I have about real estate and other business related material. I came across the Bigger Pockets podcast a couple weeks ago and decided to join the site and add another club to my bag. I'm in the process of fixing and flipping my first property and have learned an immense amount just by finally taking the plunge and going for it. Safe to say I am fairly addicted already and can't wait for things to get going! If anyone has any books or podcasts they recommend that'd be great to hear some of your favorites.
