Good morning everuone,

My name is Julio, My wife and I are new to the area, and family is the main reason.

We are about to enter a new adventure in our life by leaving our secure jobs in Florida for uncertinty in the mountains, yes everyone thinks we are nuts, but we have faith both in our self and God. We are going into house flipping. What experience do I have? Well, funny you should ask. 5 years as a project manager for Lennar residential construction, all phases from land development to complete CO, 2 years as auto cad drawer for an architect firm in Florida, 4years as a plan's examiner for the city and 5 years working for the city as a construction inspector, and a degree in construction management. And work part time as a realtor.so I am not going into this business blindly, I know I will make many mistakes, and it will not be easy at all but we are ready.

I have to say, this website is going to be a great tool for me to use.

Thank you all.
